MORE THAN THE MUSIC POST: Veludo Planes - "The Snows of Kilimanjaro"

“The Snows of Kilimanjaro” is the debut single from new indie rock four piece Veludo Plane. The track exhibits the group’s penchant for classic indie stylings, offering an anthemic track with dynamic guitars. Their musical reference are various, with lashings of alternative 80s guitar bands such as The Cure and The Cult, and most audibly 90s references such as The Goo Goo Dolls and Oasis.

Based in Southsea, the band united around two identical twin brothers Mike and Chris Smith, and have built up a solid following based on their wildly energetic live shows. This debut single offers a slice of renewed indie, and is available now on all major streaming services.
